1. Early check-in (before 2 pm on the arrival day)
1.1. Upon arrival in the period from 12 am to 8 am, the Guest shall pay 100% of the cost of a daily stay (the cost of a day is calculated according to the current rate of the Hotel, and not according to the booking rate).
1.2. Upon arrival in the period from 8 am to 11 am, the Guest pays 50% of the cost of a daily stay (the cost of a day is calculated according to the current rate of the Hotel, and not according to the booking rate).
1.3. Upon arrival in the period from 11 am to 2 pm, The Guest pays 50% of the cost of daily accommodation (the cost of a day is calculated according to the current rate of the Hotel, and not according to the booking rate).

2. Late check-out (after 12 pm on the check-out day)
The administrator notifies the Guest about the upcoming departure by internal number during the period 11:30 am to 11:50 am on the day of departure.
2.1. When checking out in the period from 12 am to 1 pm: The Guest makes a payment in the amount of 50% of the cost of the daily stay (the cost of the day is calculated according to the current rate of the Hotel, and not according to the booking rate). In case of low occupancy, additional payment for accommodation may be charged at the discretion of the Administrator.
2.2. When checking out between from 1 pm to 6 pm on the check-out day, the Guest shall pay 50% of the cost of a daily stay (the cost of a day is calculated according to the current rate of the Hotel, and not according to the booking rate).

3. Accommodation for an adult on an extra bed
An extra bed is a Euro folding bed 110x190 cm with a mattress 9 cm thick.
The cost of placing an adult Guest on an extra bed is 1000 rubles. for each day of stay.
The cost of placing children from 6 to 12 years old on an extra bed is 500 rubles for each day of stay.

4. Accommodation with children
Children under 3 years old, upon prior request of the Guest, can be provided with a baby cot.
Children under 6 years old are accommodated in a room with parents or trusted representatives free of charge without extra bed.
The cost of placing children from 6 to 12 years old on an extra bed is 500 rubles for every day of stay. Accommodation in rooms of the Standard category is made only upon prior request, if there are rooms with an increased area.
Buffet breakfast price:
- for Guests over 12 years old - 2 000 rubles;
- for Guests from 6 to 12 years old - 1 000 rubles;
- for Guests under 6 years old - free.
