Guest action in emergency situations

When an evacuation signal is given
1. Take your documents, money, valuables with you.
2. Disconnect all electrical appliances from the mains.
3. Provide possible assistance in the evacuation of elderly and seriously ill people.
4. Close the front door tightly.
5. Return to the abandoned premises only after permission of the responsible persons.

In case of fire / smoke
1. Immediately report the fire to the Administrator of the Hotel Reception and Accommodation Service by calling the internal number "0" or the city number +7 495 664 4242.
2. Dont panic, follow the evacuation plan and audible alerts.

When a suspicious item is detected
1. If you find a suspicious object - do not touch, open or move the find.
2. Immediately inform the Administrator of the Hotel Reception and Accommodation Service about the find by calling the internal number "0" or by calling the city number +7 495 664 4242.

If you are a hostage
In case you find yourself in the occupied premises or in the occupied territory:
1. Do not risk your life and the lives of those around you - do not allow any actions that may provoke criminals to use weapons.
2. Follow the demands of the criminals, and do not mind. Ask permission before doing anything.
3. Avoid defiant behavior and try not to attract the attention of criminals.
4. Do not react to provocative or defiant behavior of criminals. Endure possible hardship, insults and humiliation.
5. Do not move or open bags without the permission of criminals.
6. Dont look criminals in the eye.
7. Avoid hysteria and panic.
8. Calm down and try to distract yourself.
9. In case of the start of the assault undertaken by the special services:
- Immediately lower yourself to the floor, face down and remain in this position until the end of the operation;
- stay away from door and window openings;
- do not move towards or away from the security services, as you may be mistaken for criminals.
