The VIII Moscow International Documentary Film Festival DOKer is dedicated to all kinds of genres and forms of world documentary cinematography as a separate area of ​​cinematography. The festival focuses on independent authorial world documentary filmmaking in all its manifestations: from poetic film narration to social blockbusters, newsreels and mockumentaries to arthouse and popular science cinema, from classics to experimental and non-standard forms.
This year the show will be held in the Moscow cinema center October from 15 to 28 August. The films will be judged by the International Jury and the audience.
